Description

  • Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers.
  • Generate new leads, build and maintain a sales pipeline, and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Achieve sales targets and forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts across key verticals through events, outreach, and market engagement.
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and future marketing plans.
  • Recommend tailored solutions from the product portfolio to help clients reach business and marketing goals.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, including guiding them through legal and compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution.
  • Provide timely, actionable feedback to clients to optimize performance and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, business development, account management, or ad sales.
  • Strong understanding of the local advertising ecosystem, including key players and stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial skills with direct revenue responsibility.
  • Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Ability to work independently and set your own workflows to meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience engaging with new and existing advertisers in a client-facing sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM-based sales tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Advertising or broader digital media ecosystem (preferred).
