Description

  • Partner with business owners and analytics leaders to define the problem space, priorities, constraints, and desired end state.
  • Work with internal teams and end users to understand requirements, design solutions, and support execution.
  • Manage program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management.
  • Implement governance structures to manage risks and support decision-making.
  • Write detailed user stories for new features, including business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
  • Manage sprints, backlogs, and plans in Jira.
  • Build, maintain, and share documentation for work planning and products.
  • Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Support analytics teams delivering new analysis and complex data products across the company suite of tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of analytics, product management, or similar technology experience.
  • Experience in healthcare organizations, product development, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology in product development.
  • Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience writing clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories.
  • Experience evaluating workflows and operational processes.
  • Experience conducting user research and using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Track record of working in cross-functional teams, ideally in an analytics context.
  • Experience in value-based care, ideally with subject matter expertise in Medicare ACOs and Medicare Advantage, is preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with predictive modeling, machine learning, and financial analysis is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus but not required for daily execution.
