Description

  • Partner with the Strategic Director to develop and refine a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and account targeting.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts Team and Strategic ABM Specialists to implement ABM strategies successfully.
  • Develop segment-specific strategies and incorporate marketing innovation to drive engagement.
  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across portfolio, digital campaigns, brand/communications, partnerships, and marketing operations.
  • Use analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and implement improvements.
  • Track and report on ABM campaign effectiveness using data analysis and success metrics.
  • Work with the Strategic Director and VP of Strategic Sales to refine strategy based on performance data and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members while fostering collaboration and communication across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, business, finance, health care, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on strategic marketing or account-based marketing.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABM strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working in healthcare marketing or with healthcare organizations (preferred).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, ABM platforms, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience with data analytics and KPI tracking to inform marketing strategies (preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth (preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and launching complex, personalized ABM campaigns with sales organizations (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and collaboration skills (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline acceleration, and account-based engagement techniques (preferred).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in strategic marketing and business development (preferred).
  • Comfortable working remotely within the United States or based from the Bethesda, MD office.
