Description

  • Lead creative ideation, scripting, and launch of new ad concepts from research through testing and optimization.
  • Own monthly creative projections and ensure forecasted concepts are delivered on time and within the target cost per concept.
  • Drive performance across new creative concepts to maintain target win rates and scaling outcomes.
  • Manage a team of copywriters, videographers, and designers toward monthly KPI attainment.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s, coach team members, and address underperformance quickly.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and account managers to align creative strategy with client goals and performance data.
  • Report weekly performance metrics through Slack on a recurring schedule.
  • Help turn client insights and brainstorming sessions into high-converting ad ideas.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams, including copywriters, editors, or designers.
  • Strong experience ideating and launching direct-response video ads for YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience using data-driven decision-making and KPIs to guide creative performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams.
  • Prior experience in coaching and consulting industries is a plus.
  • Experience with info-product, coaching, or eCommerce brands is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Motion, or ad-level analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Experience building creative testing frameworks or creative performance libraries is preferred.

  • Base salary of $70,000–$80,000 with OTE of $90,000–$100,000.
