Description

  • Own the positioning for why a company in a target industry should choose the client over an agency, an in-house hire, ChatGPT, or doing nothing.
  • Develop positioning, proof, and repeatable playbooks that scale vertically across industries.
  • Start with an assigned vertical, win that space, document the playbook, and apply it to additional verticals in progressively less time.
  • Increase revenue by understanding the customer, aligning the client to the audience, and communicating the value of the offering.
  • Create a clear, defensible position across done-for-you services and agency partnerships, including ICPs, value propositions, and pricing tiers.
  • Improve website conversion by increasing visitor-to-lead performance.
  • Support sales by translating technology and ICP knowledge into strategies for SDRs and BDRs.
  • Build named case studies with quantified outcomes for use in sales cycles.
  • Improve competitive win rates against the top alternatives.
  • Lead the vertical content engine, rank the client’s own vertical blogs and terms, and use the platform to dogfood the product.
  • Equip sales with enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, demo scripts, objection handling, and battle cards.
  • Lead pricing and packaging decisions using data.
  • Ensure each launch is supported by messaging, proof, and assets that drive attributable pipeline.
  • Organize proof, quotes, and marketing assets into a messaging system that enables faster quarterly shipping.
