  • Preferred: prior experience with Cloud Couch or comparable Salesforce products, including configuration, workflow design, and integrations.
  • Preferred: experience with practice- or provider-facing healthcare tools such as practice portals, EHR overlays, configuration consoles, or program enrollment tools.
  • Preferred: intermediate understanding of EHR data integration, FHIR, and claims or other healthcare administrative/clinical datasets.
  • Preferred: comfort working with SQL and analytics tools to self-serve data and validate hypotheses.
  • Preferred: demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple product areas and stakeholder groups.
  • Preferred: experience designing and executing structured experiments such as workflow pilots, cohort rollouts, or limited-release features.
  • Preferred: ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in complex environments.
