Description

  • Own the full product lifecycle from concept through design, specification, implementation, and analysis.
  • Define the vision and product roadmap for AI-powered data capabilities.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities by partnering with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Synthesize requirements and prioritize the most impactful work.
  • Define key metrics and measure initiative impact using data-driven methods.
  • Drive product initiatives from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to align on technical direction and tradeoffs.
  • Influence and build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Shape automated data analysis capabilities, including table discovery, metadata and semantic layers, query generation, and visualization or SQL outputs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and tooling, including ETL, SQL, and BI tooling.
  • Experience with metadata management and data quality frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, tooling, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with comfort gathering and using data for decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with product management tools such as JIRA.
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to figure things out.
