Description

  • Embed with a product, tech, or analytics cohort to support targeted AI enablement work.
  • Pair with engineers, product managers, and analysts to solve high-friction workflows with plugins, skills, hooks, and connectors.
  • Measure adoption and impact of the tools and workflows delivered to each cohort.
  • Generalize cohort-specific solutions into reusable plugins, skill templates, and platform patterns.
  • Publish reusable artifacts to the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace and document authorship guidance.
  • Integrate and harden MCP server connections through the MCP Gateway and AWS connector layer.
  • Partner with security and platform teams on authentication, scopes, observability, and related integration concerns.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and quarterly milestones for the AI Unlock program.
  • Participate in office hours and brownbags as a practitioner and surface blockers early.
  • Support adoption health by mentoring engineers, improving `.claude/` configuration coverage, and participating in on-call rotation for marketplace artifacts.

Requirements

  • BS/BTech or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Production experience with at least one modern application stack such as Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, or similar.
  • Experience working with modern CI/CD.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases, such as in consulting, forward-deployed, solutions, or platform-adjacent roles.
  • Direct hands-on experience with one or more agentic coding tools in a production or near-production setting, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, Aider, or equivalent.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce documentation, runbooks, and educational materials.
  • Experience authoring or maintaining MCP servers, Claude Code plugins, skills, hooks, or similar LLM-tooling integrations preferred.
  • Background in healthcare technology, HIPAA-regulated environments, or PHI-handling systems preferred.
  • Prior forward-deployed, customer-facing engineering, solutions architect, or TPM-with-IC-chops experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aledade's stack, including Python/FastAPI, Vue/TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Auth0, Datadog, and Sumo Logic, is a plus.
  • Experience integrating tools through API gateways, OAuth/M2M flows, or service meshes is preferred.
  • Comfort working across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
