Description

  • Embed directly with a Product, Tech, and Analytics cohort to unblock AI adoption and support day-to-day workflows.
  • Partner with engineers, product managers, and analysts to build plugins, skills, hooks, and connectors for high-friction use cases.
  • Measure adoption and impact of the tools and workflows delivered to assigned teams.
  • Generalize cohort-specific solutions into reusable plugins, skill templates, and patterns for the broader platform.
  • Publish reusable assets to the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace and document authorship guides.
  • Integrate and harden MCP server connections through the MCP Gateway and AWS connector layer.
  • Collaborate with security and platform owners on authentication, permissions, observability, and related integration concerns.
  • Contribute to platform and AI Unlock program roadmaps, quarterly milestones, office hours, and brownbag sessions.
  • Surface and escalate blockers such as security, BAA, cost, and throttling issues early.
  • Support adoption health by helping close repos without .claude/ configuration, mentoring engineers, and participating in on-call coverage for marketplace artifacts.

Requirements

  • BS/BTech or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Production experience with at least one modern application stack such as Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, or similar.
  • Experience with modern CI/CD practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases, such as in consulting, forward-deployed, solutions, or platform-adjacent roles.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more agentic coding tools in a production or near-production setting, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, Aider, or equivalent.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort creating documentation, runbooks, and educational materials for engineers.
  • Experience authoring or maintaining MCP servers, Claude Code plugins, skills, hooks, or similar LLM-tooling integrations is preferred.
  • Background in healthcare technology, HIPAA-regulated environments, or PHI-handling systems is preferred.
  • Prior forward-deployed, customer-facing engineering, solutions architect, or TPM-with-IC-chops experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aledade’s stack, including Python/FastAPI, Vue/TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Auth0, Datadog, and Sumo Logic, is a plus.
  • Experience integrating tools through API gateways, OAuth/M2M flows, or service meshes is preferred.
  • Comfort working across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure, is preferred.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and use computers and keyboards extensively, with occasional walking and lifting as needed.
