Description

  • Work closely with teams across Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships.
  • Develop moderately complex datasets and assist with updates and modifications to existing datasets.
  • Build interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate insights and drive action.
  • Translate analysis findings into recommendations for internal business operations and partner practices.
  • Assist with the design and direct implementation of data warehouse tables or views for analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources to support data-driven decision making.
  • Provide end-user support for existing dashboards to internal audiences.
  • Collaborate with BI team members on a daily basis and develop subject matter expertise in at least one subdomain.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence.
  • Experience analyzing data and communicating results through visualizations, dashboards, and reports to a wide range of audiences, including executives, staff, and physicians.
  • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data such as claims, EHR, or clinical data (preferred).
  • Experience in data management and data manipulation, with a strong foundation in SQL programming.
  • Experience providing internal end-user support for reporting products, including technical troubleshooting and training (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality assurance.
  • Strong quantitative skills and advanced proficiency with SQL, including window functions.
  • Proficiency with a BI dashboarding tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; Tableau experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with dbt or another data transformation tool such as SSIS or Alteryx.
