Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Aledade headquarters and partner practices.
  • Implement products and execute ACO initiatives under Market Leadership direction.
  • Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management efforts.
  • Help practices meet goals outlined in mutually developed Practice Transformation Plans.
  • Train office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies in coordination with Aledade’s Value Based Care Curriculum.
  • Assess ongoing training needs within practices and among staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives.
  • Support improved financial and quality performance across key performance metrics.
  • Listen to practice concerns and relay feedback to managers and leads to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Idaho and a resident of Idaho.
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university.
  • 4–6 years of relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements, especially with significant administrative experience in a clinic setting.
  • 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Team-building skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
  • Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to travel to practices within the market up to 25% of the year.

  • Base salary range of $60,000–$75,000 per year.
