Description

  • Collaborate with the Director of Professional Education to develop and deliver educational programs for residents, fellows, emerging faculty, and KOLs.
  • Support educational grant initiatives by preparing applications, tracking approvals, and coordinating compliance reviews and communications.
  • Partner with fellowship and residency program administrators and directors to align educational initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain academic program profiles, including faculty details, curricula, engagement history, and communication records.
  • Work with field teams to execute local educational initiatives such as journal clubs and hands-on lab programs.
  • Assist with speaker logistics, agreements, honoraria, and expense documentation.
  • Coordinate physician preparation for society presentations and other meeting presentations with cross-functional teams.
  • Attend scientific meetings and educational programs to capture feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Support planning and execution of peer-to-peer events, hands-on trainings, and HCP educational programs.
  • Assist with program reporting, attendance tracking, budget monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare education, training, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting professional education, training programs, or events strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships within commercial teams and in customer accounts.
  • Proficiency with PC-based office tools, including Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with video editing and Adobe Premiere preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel 30–40%.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
