Description

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition for Akkadian’s UC automation platform across enterprise accounts.
  • Prospect and self-source pipeline through partner relationships, strategic outbound, and executive-level outreach.
  • Manage full-cycle enterprise sales processes from first conversation through close.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and complex decision-making processes.
  • Lead discovery to uncover migration risk, provisioning risk, compliance exposure, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Position the platform as a strategic solution rather than a feature comparison.
  • Carry and manage a approximately $1M+ new-license quota.
  • Build and maintain a healthy self-generated pipeline and forecast accurately in HubSpot.
  • Co-sell with systems integrators and resellers to support enterprise deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and present a unified front to buyers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven experience closing large, complex deals in regulated or highly technical environments.
  • Ability to hunt into large enterprise organizations with limited inbound support.
  • Executive presence and ability to work effectively with CIOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Comfort working in environments where initiative is required and rewarded.
  • Experience selling into UC, UCaaS, or adjacent enterprise IT environments is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work long, complex sales cycles of 6-12 months.
  • Experience building pipeline without relying on heavy inbound demand.
  • Comfort with partner-led selling and co-selling motions.
  • Experience using HubSpot for forecasting and sales discipline.
