Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Saudi Arabia aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region.
  • Pursue new business opportunities that support the company’s growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Analyze market data and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar industry.
  • Sales experience in Saudi Arabia, operating from Jeddah.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales process, including opportunity identification, proposal development, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building with customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current electronic security trends and technologies, such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
  • Conversational English and Arabic.
