Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the UAE aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region.
  • Pursue new business opportunities that support the company’s growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry experts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, customer needs, and potential risks.
  • Analyze market data and translate insights into effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives while prioritizing effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
  • Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
  • Proven experience across the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions and IoT.
  • Conversational English and Arabic.
