Description

  • Independently achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients to showcase software solutions.
  • Generate sales qualified leads through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
  • Educational background in Business Management; Computer Science background is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience selling software to BFSI, Government, listed companies, and large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
