Description

  • Drive regional business growth through new client acquisition and management of existing customer relationships.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the regional team.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing, results-driven workforce.
  • Oversee regional partnerships and maintain strong partner engagement.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of regional performance outcomes.
  • Serve as the company’s representative in the region and strengthen its visibility and reputation.
  • Interact with clients, prospective clients, partners, and Azeus personnel through face-to-face and other communication channels.
  • Demonstrate products to potential clients, including C-suite representatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in IT software sales, particularly within the assigned region.
  • Ready to join within 1-2 months' notice period.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
