Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for North, West, and South India aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners across the region.
  • Pursue new business opportunities that support the company’s growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Analyze market data to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar industry.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within banking or financial services.
  • Sales experience operating from Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales process from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics in electronic security.
  • Conversational English and Hindi.
