Description

  • Identify and research potential clients that fit Uptalent.io’s target market and service offerings.
  • Generate leads and initiate contact through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and prioritize leads in CRM software to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct initial meetings and presentations to introduce Uptalent.io’s services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to lead generation strategy development aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to align sales development efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar B2B role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
