Description

  • Identify, approach, and qualify potential clients who could benefit from remote architectural and engineering talent.
  • Understand client needs and position Uptalent.io as a relevant solution.
  • Warm up and nurture leads toward becoming paying clients.
  • Ensure leads have a clear path to further sales development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help finalize conversions when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the engineering, architecture, and/or construction sectors.
  • Track record of generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to creating value.
  • Experience or strong familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a partnership-style, commission-based arrangement.
