Description

Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Ajaia’s products, beginning with the AI training product.
Own keyword and competitor research to identify the search language buyers actually use and distinguish informational from transactional intent.
Match campaigns to the appropriate landing pages and full-funnel journey, from awareness to conversion.
Drive measurable, low-cost leads that convert rather than generating vanity traffic.
Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns to support lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
Use a repeatable, productized process to scale new products by swapping product, pages, and keywords.
Use AI in daily workflows for research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Google Ads certification is a baseline requirement, but not proof of skill.
Agency experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
Ability to build ads directly, including ad groups, settings, sitelinks, and compliant copy within character limits.
Fluent English.
Offshore client-handling experience.
Verifiable references from live client sites or campaigns that can be independently reviewed.
Comfort using AI in the workflow and working independently as a doer.
Bonus: ability to automate reporting via Codex.
