Description

  • Own client growth, retention, and revenue expansion across a portfolio of Gummicube accounts.
  • Lead business reviews, quarterly planning sessions, and growth strategy presentations for clients.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for client stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop Growth Managers, Analysts, and Specialists.
  • Drive budget expansion and incremental investment opportunities through forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modeling.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Paid Media, Business Development, and Account teams.
  • Develop processes, documentation, and best practices to improve operational excellence.
  • Use attribution platforms, analytics tools, and data visualization solutions to inform strategy and business decisions.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, reporting efficiency, and strategic analysis.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading client strategy, owning accounts, and managing teams.
  • Experience managing $1M+ in annual media budget or equivalent portfolio responsibility.
  • Track record of growing revenue, client spend, or portfolio value.
  • Experience presenting performance results and strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, incrementality, and attribution metrics.
  • Direct experience building campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust for different audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused, remote environment.
  • Strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: experience with App Store Optimization, app store analytics, or mobile conversion optimization.
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise clients or agency-style client engagements.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Gummicube's tools, the App Store, Google Play, or app store creative testing.
  • Preferred: experience analyzing complex issues and developing realistic plans and recommendations.
  • Preferred: comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders and tying marketing to business objectives.
  • Preferred: experience experimenting with AI tools or eagerness to learn.
