Description

  • Develop new business opportunities and generate leads through referrals, outbound outreach, partner collaboration, and customer events.
  • Deliver consultative sales proposals tailored to the needs of hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
  • Present value propositions such as improved throughput, better image quality, and optimized investment decisions.
  • Manage and motivate sales partners and distributors through product training and strategic enablement.
  • Leverage代理店 as an extension of the sales organization to scale market coverage efficiently.
  • Support brand presence and market expansion through participation in academic conferences and exhibitions.
  • Promote SwiftMR and capture high-quality leads at industry events.
  • Work autonomously to identify opportunities and drive sales activity across the Japanese market.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in the medical industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or medical information systems (PACS/RIS).
  • Consistent history of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong logical thinking and proposal skills to identify customer pain points and build evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ability to self-manage priorities and stay highly motivated in a fully remote work environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work from a full-remote setup.
  • Preferred residence in the Kyushu or Hokkaido area, or a strong network in either region.
  • Experience selling MRI-related products, radiology solutions, or AI solutions is preferred.
  • Digital literacy with tools such as Slack, CRM systems, and AI tools.
  • Comfort collaborating with global teams in Korea, the U.S., and other regions.
