Description

  • Map, define, review, and evolve the SDLC value stream, processes, and rituals for continuous AI-enabled delivery.
  • Govern end-to-end delivery, monitor workflow health, reduce lead time, and remove bottlenecks while maintaining cost and quality.
  • Orchestrate workflows between people and AI agents, managing exceptions and sustaining continuous flow.
  • Define agent autonomy levels and human approval triggers to meet security, privacy, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate upstream demands into feasible technical execution plans, success metrics, and value priorities.
  • Assess the feasibility and ROI of agentic solutions and approve architectures balancing precision, response time, and token consumption.
  • Manage dependencies between AI Engineers and AI Deployment Engineers, accounting for AI capabilities and failure modes.
  • Ensure architecture, compliance, and quality validation checkpoints, escalating divergent outputs when necessary.
  • Lead change management, improve team AI fluency, and support the cultural transition to AI-orchestrated development.

Requirements

  • Experience with delivery governance, project management, agile practices, and continuous-flow management.
  • Stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
  • Experience with change management, risk management, and dependency management.
  • Fluency in AI agent orchestration and systemic AI concepts.
  • Ability to define AI metrics and analyze ROI and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong focus on governance, process improvement, impediment removal, and workflow orchestration rather than executing individual pipeline steps.
  • Ability to govern software delivery end to end, from upstream requirements through production.
  • Experience supporting cultural and organizational transformation in software development.
