Description

  • Design realistic educational scenarios and tasks involving lesson planning, assessment, grading, differentiation, intervention, curriculum design, accommodations, and academic support.
  • Review and compare AI-generated educational content for accuracy, standards alignment, grade-level appropriateness, pedagogical quality, and classroom applicability.
  • Evaluate AI outputs against Common Core, NGSS, state standards, and discipline-specific frameworks.
  • Create structured examples reflecting how experienced educators make instructional decisions.
  • Provide detailed written feedback identifying errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research and evaluation teams.
  • Apply consistent professional judgment when assessing AI-generated educational work.
  • Perform task creation, rubric-based assessment, and structured written evaluation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in education or a closely related field.
  • Experience in K-12 teaching, higher education, curriculum development, instructional design, assessment and psychometrics, special education, tutoring, academic support, or educational technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, a relevant subject-matter field, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain professional decisions, instructional reasoning, and educational best practices clearly.
  • Comfort working independently in an asynchronous environment.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Classroom, Canvas, PowerSchool or similar SIS tools, assessment platforms, and learning-management systems.
  • State teaching license or certification, National Board Certification, MEd, EdD, PhD, or relevant master’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Selected applicants may need to complete a brief sample task.
  • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported.
