Description

  • Conduct advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions across key geographical markets.
  • Translate data-driven insights into operational plans that improve Services business performance and efficiency.
  • Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes.
  • Build dashboards to track performance metrics across markets and customer segments and establish benchmarks.
  • Analyze supply and demand across countries, travel corridors, and customer segments to understand business, financial, and customer metric drivers.
  • Synthesize complex findings into high-level insights to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to Experience Hosts within the Airbnb marketplace.
  • Develop novel approaches to incentives, business models, and ways of working to enable efficient scale.
  • Lead strategic and tactical execution on complex programs and advise management on complex projects or issues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading high-growth businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align functional teams.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling new businesses.
  • Marketplace experience, particularly within a digital company, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of guest needs and market dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis and experience applying these skills to broad data sets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and working independently to execute complex programs.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic and tactical execution within a large organization.

Benefits

  • US - Remote eligible position.
  • Occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed with your manager.
  • Base salary range of $168,000 to $203,000 USD.
  • May be eligible for bonus.
  • May be eligible for equity.
  • May be eligible for benefits.
  • May be eligible for Employee Travel Credits.
