Description

  • Own the content strategy for a defined set of lines of business and partner with writers to ensure execution against standards.
  • Define and maintain editorial standards, governance frameworks, and quality benchmarks for content publishing and evaluation.
  • Own the agent feedback program and ensure processes support SLA delivery and measurable content improvements.
  • Inspect content efficacy using existing metrics and develop frameworks to improve accountability across lines of business.
  • Partner with Insights and Data teams to build dashboards, tooling, and more automated governance mechanisms.
  • Analyze reporting and content performance data to uncover actionable insights and drive improvements for agents, members, and the business.
  • Identify ways to improve editorial processes so content quality can scale with speed and consistency.
  • Propose, build, and operationalize AI solutions where they improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Mentor more junior team members in content strategy, data analysis, and measurable execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in content strategy, analysis, and editorial standards, ideally in a BPO or large-scale support environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating and reporting on content quality metrics and performance data.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing governance or quality assurance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of content technology and tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to influence without authority.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Benefits

  • Base salary starts at $130,000 and can go up to $180,000 depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
