Description

  • Manage a distributed team of Connectivity Partner Managers and Specialists.
  • Support partner management and new business development for supply acquisition.
  • Own the team’s quarterly revenue, supply acquisition goals, and other OKRs.
  • Develop and execute a global strategy playbook for connectivity partners.
  • Establish operating rhythms, track KPIs, and analyze business metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Resolve business challenges quickly and drive improvements in performance.
  • Build and maintain strong business practices for managing strategic connectivity partners.
  • Partner with Product, Technical Support, Account Management, and Sales leadership to improve feature adoption and business results.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for connectivity partner questions, escalations, and service improvements.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in sales or account management roles, with experience in tourism, e-commerce, or hospitality required.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Experience contributing to hotel supply acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience developing and driving channel sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to develop strategy, communicate it clearly, and secure buy-in to execute quarterly goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, operationalize execution, and drive business results.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and partner leadership teams.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal, FP&A, regional field teams, and enterprise account management.
  • Experience in hospitality technology, including OTA, channel managers, Property Management Systems, and API integrations, strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, project management tools, and Tableau.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.
  • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity for this US-remote eligible role.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $160,000 to $200,000 USD.
