Description

  • Develop and execute user retention strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement metrics, churn rates, and retention patterns to generate actionable insights.
  • Design and run targeted retention campaigns using CRM and retention tools such as Clevertap, Braze, or MoEngage.
  • Build and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and preferences.
  • Track and report on retention metrics such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and repeat purchase rate.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate and optimize retention initiatives, messaging, and tactics.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user retention.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of extensive experience in user retention, with a proven track record in performance-focused businesses.
  • Strong understanding of retention use cases such as churn prevention, win-back campaigns, loyalty programs, personalized recommendations, and engagement tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and retention tools such as Clevertap, Braze, or MoEngage, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, segment users, and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing user behavior, retention metrics, and customer segmentation.
  • A proactive continuous-learning mindset and enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Prior experience in the tech, travel, or telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Clevertap experience is preferred.
  • Broad awareness of how user acquisition and user retention work together is preferred.
  • Must live in and have valid work authorization for the UK or Spain.
