Description

  • Manage high-exposure, multi-faceted projects to support Airalo’s strategy.
  • Coordinate internal deliverables and external efforts to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Act as the project management interface with mobile networks, vendors, and service partners globally.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
  • Establish and maintain professional internal and external communications.
  • Apply project governance best practices and standards.
  • Define, measure, track, and report key project performance metrics and status.
  • Create project plans covering vendors, deliverables, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Analyze project risks, define mitigation plans, and act proactively.
  • Make resource leveling and project prioritization decisions.
  • Ensure quality assurance practices are applied in cooperation with Engineering and QA teams.
  • Manage regulatory compliance for projects targeting new markets.
  • Coordinate Legal and Product Management efforts when needed.
  • Coordinate technical activities to integrate new networks into the Airalo platform.
  • Serve as the first-level escalation point for project issues and shortcomings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the mobile telco industry.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
  • Sound understanding of eSIM technology and use cases.
  • Understanding of mobile roaming use cases, including passive/active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
  • Experience with project management methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile.
  • PMP, PRINCE, or Agile PM training/certification is a plus.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills across scope, time, budget, resources, dependencies, critical path, risk, and status reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Business-fluent English skills in writing, speaking, and reading.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications network technologies such as Mobile Core and OSS/BSS (nice to have).
  • International working experience is highly preferred (nice to have).
