Description

  • Manage high-exposure, cross-functional projects that support Airalo’s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, mobile networks, and service partners to deliver projects on time.
  • Act as Airalo’s primary project-management interface for global external partners.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Create project plans covering deliverables, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource needs.
  • Track, drive, and report project performance and status to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and act proactively to address them.
  • Prioritize projects and make resource-leveling decisions.
  • Coordinate technical activities to integrate new mobile networks into the Airalo platform.
  • Ensure quality assurance practices and regulatory compliance for projects entering new markets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
  • At least 6 years of experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
  • Understanding of eSIM technology and its use cases.
  • Knowledge of mobile roaming, including passive and active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
  • Experience with project management methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills across scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, critical path, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Excellent business-fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving approach.
  • PMP, PRINCE, or Agile PM training or certification (preferred).
  • Understanding of telecommunications network technologies such as Mobile Core and OSS/BSS, and international work experience (preferred).
