Description

  • Develop enterprise-quality, horizontally scalable, maintainable code according to specifications and best practices.
  • Build new features and enhancements for the company’s main product.
  • Develop APIs that integrate multiple data sources.
  • Design and implement RESTful services and APIs for front-end clients and other consumers.
  • Support the migration of a monolithic application to a service-oriented architecture.
  • Collaborate daily with other developers across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Automate testing by writing test code.
  • Troubleshoot issues and solve technical problems as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time development experience in PHP.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Laravel.
  • Experience building or extending large-scale distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Go, JavaScript (Node.js), or TypeScript.
  • At least 1 enterprise project development experience.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, Security, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience developing distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of developing multi-language APIs and admin panels.
  • Knowledge of queue and pub/sub systems.
  • Knowledge of unit testing, feature testing, and mocking.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Expert knowledge of PaaS/SaaS, SOA, microservices, or nanservices is preferred.
  • Prior work experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure is preferred.
  • Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA-related technologies and services is preferred.
