Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact revenue roles, including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and other go-to-market functions.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and senior management on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent.
  • Manage pipeline metrics and leverage sourcing tools and vendors effectively.
  • Refine and optimize hiring workflows to deliver a fast, competitive candidate experience.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers on market insights and compensation trends.
  • Provide data-driven recruiting recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Participate in and lead special recruiting projects and initiatives to strengthen employer brand and sales hiring practices.
  • Help build high-performing sales teams and support broader sales hiring strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of sales or go-to-market recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and strong persuasion skills to pitch Ethos’ vision and close competitive sales talent.
  • Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to build scalable hiring processes without sacrificing speed.
  • Creative and resilient approach to problem-solving in tight talent markets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and executive stakeholders.
  • Proactive, humble, and genuine communication style.
  • Thorough, data-driven, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, as indicated by the role’s #LI-Remote status.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $120,000 to $170,000.
  • Bonus eligibility.
