Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates using sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks.
  • Engage prospective manufacturing talent through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for manufacturing, production engineering, and related hardware roles.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, production demands, and hiring priorities.
  • Align sourcing strategies with operational and product development goals.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing workflows and outcomes.
  • Source talent across electro-mechanical assembly, integration, avionics, wire harnessing, mechanical assembly, and related disciplines.
  • Source candidates for electrical and electronics manufacturing, including PCBA assembly, test, and rework.
  • Support hiring for manufacturing engineering, test engineering, NPI, DFM, firmware, and automation roles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
  • Experience working in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience sourcing for startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience with Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
  • Preferred ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
  • Preferred direct, succinct communication style with strong listening skills.
  • Preferred strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Preferred low-ego, curious mindset with a focus on learning and feedback.
