Description

  • Proactively identify passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks.
  • Source talent across product sourcing engineering, global sourcing and category management, supplier industrialization engineering, and broader procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for immediate and future supply chain hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements and align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing strategies and workflows.
  • Support hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, and logistics roles in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles.
  • Experience recruiting within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, including strategic sourcing, NPI procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
  • Familiarity with roles such as Product Sourcing Engineers, Global Sourcing Managers, and Supplier Industrialization Engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Preferred experience recruiting in startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience with Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
