Description

  • Post job descriptions and source candidates on niche platforms.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Coordinate with management to forecast hiring goals and staffing needs.
  • Write and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
  • Prepare job offer letters and support new hire onboarding.
  • Identify potential clients during interviews and reach out via LinkedIn.
  • Promote Aidey as a strong place to work and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on new technological trends and products.

Requirements

  • Open to applicants at all career levels.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment is an advantage.
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, honest, sharp, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn recruitment methods and techniques.
  • Proficient with social media and job boards; LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.
  • Stable internet connection of 100+ Mbps and a quiet workspace.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM PHT, with changing shifts as needed.
