Description

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Document candidate feedback, interview notes, and recruitment activity in company systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Track candidate progress and ensure timely movement through the recruitment process.
  • Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and reading communication, required.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar hiring-focused role, required.
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews and assessments, required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting for leadership, operations, customer support, or professional-level roles is a plus.
