Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email using Zendesk in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide customers through the platform and help them use its features effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate R&D or development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Continuously learn about the company’s products and platform functionality.
  • Support customers across the platform for a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and reading ability.
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is required.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Shopify is an advantage.
  • Experience with Zendesk is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
