Description

  • Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects.
  • Execute the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close.
  • Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities and qualified pipeline.
  • Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability and disqualify prospects when appropriate.
  • Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms.
  • Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused product demonstrations to executive-level buyers.
  • Prepare and send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements.
  • Update CRM daily, manage sales administration (~1 hour/day), and maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • Provide structured end-of-day pipeline reporting.
  • Partner with SDR and leadership teams to optimize outbound performance and processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement.
  • Mandatory full-cycle sales experience and strong outbound (cold email/outreach) background.
  • History of closing deals in the €10K–€120K range.
  • Fluent English (required) and confident executive-level communication.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills with consultative selling experience.
  • Commercial acumen: understands business models, ROI, and can communicate value to executives.
  • High resilience, rejection tolerance, self-motivated, coachable, and able to take full ownership of pipeline and results.
  • Ability to work remotely full-time (minimum 8 hours/day).
  • Able to meet performance expectations: ~6+ discovery calls/day, 15+ sales calls/week, 60%+ discovery→sales conversion, 25–30% sales→closed conversion, ~15 deals closed/month, and 100%+ quota attainment.
