Description

  • Deliver instructor-led online and classroom training on VMware technologies.
  • Conduct enterprise workshops, boot camps, and hands-on lab sessions.
  • Provide advanced technical demonstrations and real-world implementation scenarios.
  • Train audiences ranging from beginners to senior infrastructure engineers and architects.
  • Facilitate certification-oriented training programs for VMware certifications.
  • Design, develop, and update training content, presentations, labs, assignments, and assessments.
  • Build real-time lab environments and proof-of-concept scenarios for training.
  • Customize training to match customer requirements and support pre-sales technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams, cloud architects, and solution consultants.
  • Build and maintain VMware lab infrastructure and troubleshoot virtualization and networking issues during live sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • VMware Certified Trainer certification is required.
  • 12+ years of hands-on VMware training and enterprise virtualization experience.
  • Strong expertise in VMware vSphere administration and architecture.
  • Experience with VMware NSX, vSAN, Horizon, VMware Cloud Foundation, SRM, and Aria/vRealize Suite.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, hypervisor technologies, data center operations, storage and compute virtualization, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with high availability, DRS, FT, vMotion, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud platforms, Windows and Linux administration, and PowerCLI scripting/automation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred certifications include VCP, Broadcom Knight, VCAP, VCDX, and AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes certifications.
