Description

  • Lead client advisory engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify priorities, pain points, transformation goals, and success criteria.
  • Develop capability models, AI use-case portfolios, prioritized roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks.
  • Analyze and redesign business processes using agentic AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop models.
  • Translate process findings into delivery-ready AI use cases with defined owners, dependencies, and metrics.
  • Bridge business strategy and technical delivery by shaping user stories, agent design patterns, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with solution and technical architects to validate designs and manage the transition from advisory to implementation.
  • Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, assessment tools, and discovery accelerators for the practice.
  • Support proposal development and statement-of-work scoping for advisory engagements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
  • 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level.
  • Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing agentic AI use cases.
  • Experience leading executive workshops and strategic decision sessions.
  • Experience designing future-state operating models.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, including Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, and Einstein.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as actions, topics, instructions, and grounding.
  • Working knowledge of AI and LLM ecosystems including Salesforce Agentforce, OpenAI, AWS, and Azure.
  • Understanding of data readiness, integration architecture, and AI governance requirements.
  • Strong facilitation, synthesis, written communication, and ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.
  • Experience with contact center technologies such as Amazon Connect, NICE, or Genesys is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications, design thinking or service design experience, and regulated-industry experience are preferred.
