Description

  • Design and continuously improve foundational 101 and advanced 201 curricula covering Claude, the Anthropic API, prompting, and integration patterns.
  • Create enablement assets including presentations, hands-on labs, quick-reference guides, certification assessments, and recorded content.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training to business users, developers, solution architects, partners, and clients.
  • Demonstrate Claude capabilities and troubleshoot technical questions involving APIs, prompting, and integrations.
  • Provide office hours and follow-up technical support after training sessions.
  • Own NewRocket’s internal Anthropic certification program, including assessments, tracking, and reporting.
  • Measure training effectiveness, certification completion, and program health for practice leadership.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify enablement gaps.
  • Gather learner feedback and improve content quality, pacing, and delivery formats.
  • Travel to client sites, offsites, and events as needed, estimated at up to 30%.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and integrations, with hands-on experience using Claude or comparable LLM platforms.
  • Experience designing and delivering tiered curricula for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strong instructional design skills focused on retention and behavior change.
  • Anthropic Certified Trainer credential or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience training on AI/ML products, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools is preferred.
  • Experience with ADDIE or adult-learning methodologies and certification or LMS programs is preferred.
  • Background in software engineering, data science, solutions architecture, or ServiceNow AI Agents is preferred.
