Description

  • Lead the end-to-end management of assigned technical projects and project segments.
  • Plan and coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources from initiation through delivery.
  • Guide project teams and client organizations in Agile/Scrum practices and servant-leadership approaches.
  • Remove impediments, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflicts to keep work moving forward.
  • Support communication, transparency, and alignment across internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage project risks, issues, progress, and quality to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Interface with clients on technical matters, set expectations, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate vendor and subcontractor tasks, deliverables, and integrations when applicable.
  • Track utilization of resources and identify future resource allocation needs.
  • Conduct project closure activities, post-implementation reviews, and process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience independently managing medium- to high-risk, high-complexity, and high client-visibility projects.
  • Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with PMBOK and industry project management best practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT project methodologies and life cycles, including conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, and traditional waterfall phases.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management software.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Ability to facilitate interaction with executive-level clients and negotiate across differing viewpoints.
  • Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive assignments.
  • Experience with the company's products and services is preferred.
