Description

  • Collaborate with practice leaders, business development, operations, and regional teams on proposal development.
  • Collect, coordinate, and manage proposal responses from development through bid submission.
  • Develop responses for RFPs, Requests for Information, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification.
  • Review and measure the quality of proposals prepared by others.
  • Lead proposal after-action reviews, process scoring, lessons-learned analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate proposal and Proposal Support Team metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Potentially lead part of the Proposal Support Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and producing proposals; pharmaceutical or mission-critical industry experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective proposal coordination skills, including planning, organization, communication, and resource management.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to organize large volumes of information and manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including additional hours when needed to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; customer relationship management database experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Adobe and Microsoft templates while following corporate presentation standards.
  • Team-oriented approach, initiative, and ability to support a broad range of tasks.
