Description

  • Establish strategic and tactical OCM activities, including training materials, knowledge bases, and delivery standards.
  • Design and launch client change Centers of Excellence with governance, playbooks, and role definitions.
  • Develop scalable self-service change toolkits and manager-led change practices.
  • Lead readiness, impact, stakeholder, communication, adoption, and enterprise transformation road-mapping activities.
  • Measure behavioral adoption, productivity, business KPIs, and ROI; analyze feedback and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools for sentiment analysis, impact mapping, communications, and OCM program management.
  • Own engagement workstreams or segments, manage client relationships, and make decisions with limited oversight.
  • Coach and mentor consultants, associates, project teams, managers, and business partners.
  • Contribute to practice development through reusable content, research, thought leadership, proposals, and follow-on opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least five years of recent, relevant OCM or enterprise transformation experience.
  • Prosci certification and hands-on experience applying the ADKAR framework are required.
  • Experience independently managing OCM initiatives across small- and large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Experience using data and analytics to measure adoption and business outcomes beyond activity reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or digital OCM tools for communications, sentiment analysis, or stakeholder and impact mapping; experience training practitioners preferred.
  • Ability to own workstreams or engagement segments with limited supervision and formally coach junior team members.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Experience delivering client services in collaborative, fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Working knowledge of project economics, including billing rates, utilization, margins, scope, and staffing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project; willingness to travel to client sites approximately 25%.
