Description

  • Manage and conduct HEOR and real-world evidence studies.
  • Develop study protocols, technical reports, statistical analysis plans, manuscripts, and abstracts.
  • Analyze large US healthcare datasets, including claims and EHR data, using statistical, epidemiological, or econometric methods.
  • Interpret quantitative and qualitative findings and communicate them clearly to varied audiences.
  • Create client-ready presentations and reports that convey compelling research narratives.
  • Manage project workstreams, including budgets, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead client meetings, present findings, and support ongoing client engagement.
  • Contribute to publications, conference materials, thought leadership, proposals, and scopes of work.
  • Mentor junior team members and develop subject matter expertise.
  • Stay current on US healthcare trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in epidemiology, health economics, public health, statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry experience.
  • Experience with HEOR and/or RWE, including observational studies and secondary data sources.
  • Strong analytical skills using US healthcare data; claims or EHR experience is highly valued.
  • Experience managing research studies and engaging directly with clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and curious approach with an interest in improving healthcare outcomes.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or strategy consulting is preferred.
  • Conference presentation experience and/or peer-reviewed publications is preferred.
