Description

  • Lead implementations and support for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Inventory Management.
  • Analyze client warehouse processes, identify pain points, gather requirements, and perform gap analyses.
  • Design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 warehouse management features, including locations, reservation hierarchies, waves, work, location directives, mobile devices, and labels.
  • Plan and execute migration of existing warehouse data into Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and execute functional test cases.
  • Train business process owners on system navigation, configuration, processes, and key features.
  • Support go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation assistance.
  • Produce functional design documents for required extensions and lead process modeling and showcase sessions.
  • Coach junior consultants and manage client relationships and communications.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Dynamics 365 or AX Supply Chain Management experience, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 2 years staffed on full Dynamics 365 or AX implementations.
  • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management MB-330 certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific supply chain best practices.
  • Strong customer relationship, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%; valid driver’s license required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with AX 2009 or AX 2012, Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production modules is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services is preferred.
  • Comfort presenting through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx is preferred.
