Description

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding materials, training sessions, and support resources.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and maintain ongoing platform value.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and implement customer-driven improvements.
  • Define, document, and scale onboarding and customer engagement processes.
  • Monitor and interpret user and application engagement metrics.
  • Provide insights and reports to internal teams to support product and service improvements.
  • Develop and conduct training programs and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for customers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of collaborating with customers to solicit and act on feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create and communicate processes across internal and external teams.
  • Passion for problem-solving and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret engagement metrics.
  • Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and explain technical platforms to a varied audience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices.
