Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day owner for assigned partner conferences, tradeshows, and key industry events.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including booth coordination, housing blocks, registration, shipping, and on-site execution.
  • Own sponsorship deliverables such as booth presence, signage, demos, theater sessions, speaking opportunities, and ancillary events.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans and run-of-show documents to track milestones, deadlines, and ownership.
  • Partner with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, MDF, Finance, and external partners to align on accounts, priorities, documentation, and reimbursement needs.
  • Support pre-event, at-event, and post-event engagement, including invitations, meeting scheduling, follow-up, and recap reporting.
  • Coordinate venue selection, room blocks, catering, audiovisual needs, and overall experience design for hosted summits and events.
  • Assist with planning and execution of webinars and virtual events, including scheduling, speaker coordination, platform setup, and registration workflows.
  • Manage branded merchandise, swag, shipping, and on-site distribution of event materials and giveaways.
  • Track event performance data, maintain documentation, identify risks and process improvements, and support updates to event playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or event operations, preferably in B2B, technology, or IT services.
  • Experience supporting partner conferences, tradeshows, or large-scale industry events is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MDF processes, partner portals, and proof-of-performance requirements is preferred.
  • Experience with webinar and virtual event platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Marketo is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management and marketing tools.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail across logistics, timelines, A/V, and registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and partner-facing communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30–35%, including evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials, typically up to 25–50 lbs, and remain active during on-site execution.
