Description

  • Partner with the OCM team to design and execute a BU-level AI change strategy and adoption plan.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement, resistance mapping, and influence strategies to support transformation.
  • Build and maintain a network of champions and superusers to sustain adoption momentum.
  • Monitor adoption signals and adjust interventions based on real-time usage and uptake data.
  • Address employee anxiety and build psychological safety around AI-augmented work.
  • Conduct task deconstruction across BU roles to determine what AI automates, augments, or creates.
  • Redesign job descriptions, role profiles, job families, and career pathways for human-AI work.
  • Identify roles at risk of displacement and design transition pathways.
  • Assess AI fluency, identify skill gaps, and co-design targeted learning and manager enablement programs.
  • Build workforce supply-and-demand views and support strategic workforce planning, scenario planning, and org design changes.
  • Embed responsible AI practices, transparency, and human validation into team norms and operating models.
  • Own the BU AI adoption measurement framework and share insights with enterprise transformation leaders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, org effectiveness, or related people and organizational design roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation from the people side.
  • Strong grasp of change frameworks and the ability to adapt them to AI contexts.
  • Experience in workforce planning, role design, or job architecture.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with business unit leaders and frontline employees.
  • Data literacy and comfort using adoption metrics and workforce analytics to drive decisions.
  • Personal proficiency with AI tools and genuine enthusiasm for AI-augmented work.
  • Experience embedded in a business unit, preferred.
  • Exposure to agentic AI, automation workflow design, or human-in-the-loop process redesign, preferred.
  • Background in learning and development or capability-building at scale, preferred.
  • Knowledge of org design principles and structural assessment methodologies, preferred.
  • Experience with skills-based talent models and dynamic workforce planning tools, preferred.
  • Industry knowledge aligned to the target business unit, preferred.
  • Certification or coursework in AI transformation leadership, preferred.
