Description

  • Engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders through joint business plans, market intelligence, and data-driven insights.
  • Manage a complex portfolio of strategic hotel partners while balancing commercial performance, operational priorities, and long-term relationship development.
  • Translate complex data and market insights into actionable commercial strategies and tailored partner recommendations.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Drive partner performance across supply health, pricing competitiveness, direct share, campaign participation, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify root causes behind business challenges and develop scalable, commercially impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Supply, and Regional teams to identify opportunities and advocate for change.
  • Proactively manage partner escalations and operational issues to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with hotel groups and independent partners to support Agoda’s growth in Taiwan.
  • Support country reporting, business reviews, and strategic presentations for senior leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, management consulting, e-commerce, marketplace platforms, travel tech, hospitality, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, influence partner behavior, and drive measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain executive-level partnerships that deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for engaging external partners and internal senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented, adaptable, and strong at prioritization.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience managing strategic portfolios or enterprise-level partnerships in highly competitive environments is preferred.
  • Passion for technology, travel, marketplaces, and solving complex business challenges at scale is preferred.
